This privacy information applies to the FINAL SHOT website and reseller enquiries. We use your details to handle your enquiry and contact you personally.
YOUR RESELLER ENQUIRY
When you submit the form, we receive your name, venue name, contact details, town or city, venue type, estimated visitor numbers, interests and any message. Your consent covers contact about your enquiry, not a marketing newsletter. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in the message field.
STORAGE AND ACCESS
Your enquiry is stored in a protected inbox accessible only to the administrator. The website and storage are hosted by Railway. We keep your details for as long as they are needed to handle and follow up on your enquiry, and delete them when they are no longer needed or following a valid deletion request.
LANGUAGE PREFERENCE
On your first visit, we use the country associated with your IP address to choose Dutch or English. This happens on our own server using a local country database. We don’t send your IP address to an external service for this purpose, and we don’t store your IP address or inferred country for language selection. If the country is unknown, we use your browser language. You can switch languages at any time.
COOKIES AND SECURITY
The public website uses no advertising trackers or marketing cookies. A functional cookie remembers the selected language for up to one year. The protected admin area uses a necessary login cookie. Technical request data is used to secure the website and prevent misuse of forms. The hosting provider may process necessary data for security and to deliver the website.
YOUR DETAILS
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your details, and withdraw your consent to further contact. Contact the person handling your enquiry, or include your request in the form on this website. We will then use the details you provide to handle your request. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
